Rules 2023/2024

 

Most of the international floorball rules are applied with a few exceptions,

Exceptions:

Tackles are not allowed that include shoulder to shoulder.

Game time is 3*20 running time, clock is only stopped for timeout, injuries and during penalties

effective time will be used (clock is stopped for all interruptions during the penalty).

During the last 2 minutes of the match the clock is stopped for all interruptions of the game.

Play off (quarter, semi and finals) time rules

Game time is 3*20 running time, clock is only stopped for timeout, injuries and during penalties

effective time will be used (clock is stopped for all interruptions during the penalty).

During the last 2 minutes of the match the clock is stopped for all interruptions of the game.

If the game ends with a draw there will be 5 minutes of OT (Over Time) running time for 5 minutes.

If the game after the OT is still a draw there will be best of 5 penalty shots.

Jödö League is an amateur league with no connection to IFF or Eesti saalihoki liit.

Any team is welcome to apply for the league.

The cost is a small fee to the league, rent of a sport venue and referee fee.
