TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept orders from those over 18. If you are under 18 you must have permission from your parents or guardian. By agreeing to the terms & conditions and completing your order you have recognized that you are either over 18 or have permission from a parent or a guardian.
When making a purchase you have agreed to the terms & conditions of this website.
PRICES
All prices on the website include value-added tax (VAT) unless specified otherwise. VAT differs slightly depending on the product. A fee for delivery is added at checkout for delivery by DHL express. We reserve the right to change the prices or any other aspect of this website at any time, without notice. Jödö MTÜ reserves the right to correct any apparent mistakes regarding prices or product descriptions. If you notice any errors or apparent mistakes on the site, please let us know.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum order value to complete an order (excluding shipping) is 10 EUR.
AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE
An agreement of purchase is made when the purchase is confirmed by the customer, and the customer has received an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation e-mail is automatically generated by the website. If there are any inaccuracies regarding price, method of payment, method of delivery or other method please contact us right away to correct errors before the order is shipped.

We accept the following forms of payment:

TIME AND DELIVERY
Time of delivery is normally 1-4 working days from the time that you, the customer, receive the order confirmation by e-mail. We try to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that items that include printing usually have a longer period of delivery.
Also note that some products that are not kept in stock by Jödö MTÜ may have a longer time of delivery.
Delivery times stated on the website or in emails sent by the website are not a guarantee, and because of third party factors your delivery may be delayed.
SHIPPING FEE
We have a standard shipping fee of XXX with delivery by Omniva parcel machine, exception is sticks that is delivered by courier.
The total shipping fee is shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We take no responsibility for damage that occur during shipping or packages that go missing during delivery as the logistics of delivery is out of our control. Although, we can make a complaint to Omniva if the order goes missing or the package is damaged upon delivery. We may offer to send new items or a full refund.
NON-COLLECTED DELIVERIES
If your order is not picked up, it may be automatically sent back to us. In this case the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt.
We offer no free returns; the cost of shipping must be paid by the customer. Please fill out the returns form that comes with the goods and enclose in your return package.
We offer no exchanges, only refunds. We instead encourage you to place a new order with the preferred size/model/color.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
• The item(s) must be unworn/unused.
• Returned items must be complete with original tags and/or packaging.
• All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
• No more than 30 days have passed since you received your order.
• Clothing or bags with printing cannot be returned.
• Sticks that have been shortened or blades that have been hooked cannot be returned.
CLAIMS
If the item you have received is faulty/defect, damaged during delivery or if you have not received the correct product, please contact us immediately via email to info@jodo.ee. In your email, please specify the product in question and describe the issue. Also attach a picture of the product along with your order number or receipt.
RESERVATIONS
Jödö MTÜ reserves the right to correct any apparent mistakes, faulty content, and prices on the website. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via email is not a guarantee of delivery. Items may not be in stock despite what is shown on the website. In the event of the item(s) that you have ordered are not available, we will contact you and either offer you an alternative or a full refund. We take no responsibility for damage that occur during shipping.
MARKETING
When placing an order, the customer agrees that Jödö MTÜ may send direct marketing through either email or text-messaging.
CANCELLATION
To cancel your order, you must let us know before the order has been shipped. Cancellation of an order is possible by notifying our customer service via email at info@jodo.ee or via telephone, +372 58313172.

FORCE MAJEURE
Jödö MTÜ is freed from liability or obligation if the agreement of purchase and delivery is prohibited or impossible due to circumstances that are unavoidable, out of our control and/or could not have been predicted at the time agreement was made such as: strike, crime, riots, wars, government restrictions, accidents, unfortunate weather, or missing deliveries from suppliers.

Terms and conditions for membership in Jödö 2025/2026
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SEASON 2025/2026
For the club to be functional, there is a requirement of 17 paying members agreeing to pay a monthly fee for the duration of eight months. The season spans from September 2025 to the end of April 2026.
If you sign up for any of the monthly fee options described below, you agree to pay even if you can't attend all trainings. In case of long-term illness or injury, there is a one-month notice. This means that you will need to send an email to info@jodo.ee no later than 5 days prior to the next monthly charge.
Training and Match Fees:
Silver season contract with a monthly fee of 8×25 euros, including JFL participation for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of April 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on March 15th, 2026. Training will take place on Sundays 12:00 – 13:30 in Õismäe. Matches will be held on Sundays in Õismäe.
Silver+ season contract with a monthly fee of 8×35 euros, including JFL participation for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of April 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on March 15th, 2026. Matches will be held on Sundays in Õismäe, and training will take place on Thursdays in Õismäe.
Silver++ season contract with a monthly fee of 8×55 euros, including JFL participation for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of April 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on March 15th, 2026. Training will take place on Sundays in Õismäe and on Thursdays in Õismäe. Matches will be held on Sundays in Õismäe.
Bronze season contract with a monthly fee of 8×15 euros for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of April 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on March 15th, 2026. Training will take place on Sundays in Õismäe.
Bronze+ season contract with a monthly fee of 8×30 euros for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of April 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on March 15th, 2026. Training will take place on Thursdays in Sparta.
Bronze++ season contract with a monthly fee of 8×45 euros for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of April 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on March 15th, 2026. Training will take place on Sundays in Õismäe and Thursdays in Sparta.
Gold season contract fee of 12×45 euros for the season 2025/2026 spanning from September 2025 to the end of August 2026. Payment is due on the 15th of each month starting from August 15th, 2025, and the last payment is due on July 15th, 2026. Matches will be held on Sundays in Õismäe. Training will take place on Sundays 12:00 – 13:30 in Õismäe and on Thursdays 20:30 – 22:00 in Õismäe.
Pay & Play fee 5 euros for each training that you participate in. The ticket is bought online before each training. This option is not eligible for participation in JFL nor for Thursday training.
Training times, location, and signing up for training/matches:
Training will be twice per week on Sundays from 12:00 – 13:30 in Õismäe and 20:30 – 22:00 in Õismäe. Correct training time will always be listed on the webpage.
Location: Õismäe sports hall. The location will always be listed on the webpage.
Signing up/announcing participation in training or match is done on the webpage. Calendar that is found under the menu "TRAININGS". One simple rule, if you sign up you show up.
Limit of spots during the training will be set to 22 spots on Sundays and 18 spots on Thursdays. If you do not sign up and the roster is full you might not be able to join the training.
On a match day there is a limit of 20 players including goalie/s.
Special exceptions:
If any member during the season would end up in an unemployment situation, the member has the right to keep training for free until they have found new employment. In order for this exception to be activated, proof of unemployment needs to be provided.
Participation:
Waiver: Participation is at your own risk, you need to make sure that you have the necessary insurances. Jödö MTÜ is not liable or compensating any injuries that are sustained during any of the activities that Jödö MTÜ is organizing or participating in.
